Earl B. Slater of King of Prussia

Earl B. Slater, age 90 years, of King of Prussia, passed away on Friday November 9, 2018

Earl was born in West Conshohocken, Pa. on Saturday November 19, 1927, son of the late Clarence and the late Armena (Buler) Slater.

Earl worked as a Truck Mechanic with G. L. Sayer for over 40 years.

He was also a veteran of the Army Air Corps.

Earl enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and baseball.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Frances (Stewart) Slater of King of Prussia 2 of his children JoAnn (& Richard) Romano of Collegeville & Robin (& Stephanie) Slater of Schwenksville, a sister Betty Ann Zisk of Conshohocken, 4 Grandchildren, Suzanne, Karen, Michelle & Ryan and also survived by 8 GreatGrandchildren.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Earl Slater, a sister, Margaret Bean, and 4 brothers, Clarence, Albert, Robert & Richard Slater.

His service will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 10:30 AM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home 300 Fayette St, Conshohoken.

There will be a viewing will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home .

Interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
