Mount grad Cunningham CACC Player of Week

Jefferson women’s basketball’s Caitlyn Cunningham (Dresher/Mount Saint Joseph) was named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week after the sophomore guard averaged 30 points per game as the Rams improved to 23-1 with victories over Goldey-Beacom and Concordia (N.Y.) last week.

Cunningham did not miss a shot in last Wednesday’s 94-52 win over Goldey-Beacom, going 13-for-13 from the field — 2-for-2 from 3-point range — and 3-for-3 from the foul line in scoring a game-high 31 points. She also registered five assists and four rebounds.

The Rams also go 19 points, four rebounds and three assists from Jessica Kaminski (Philadelphia/Archbishop Wood), six points, three rebounds, three assists and two blocks from Erin Maher (Lansdale/North Penn) while Bridget Arcidiacono (Holland/Archbishop Wood) five points
