• USciences women’s basketball’s Mikaela Giuliani (Lansdale/North Penn) was named CACC Defensive Player of the Week after averaging 2.5 blocks, 2.5 steals and four rebounds per game as the Devils earned victories over Holy Family and Nyack last week.

Last Saturday in a 67-44 win over Nyack, Giuliani posted career-high in both blocks (4) and steals (3) while also adding four points, five rebounds and three assists. Also for USciences in the win, Irisa Ye (North Wales/ North Penn) had 11 points and three rebounds, Shannon May (Rydal/Archbishop Wood) scored a career-high nine points, Jess Huber

finished with three points, six rebounds and three assists with Juliana Gura (Philadelph­ia/Saint Basil) chipping in two points and two rebounds.

In the Devils’ 65-52 victory against Holy Family last Tuesday, Giuliani collected three rebounds, two assists, steals and a block. Ye added nine points and two rebounds.

• Centenary women’s basketball’s Jessica McKenzie (Lansdale/North Penn) was named to the All-Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) second team Monday. McKenzie led Cyclones in scoring (11.6 points per game) and rebounding (8.9 per game) and also had a team-high 21 blocks, 37 assists and 20 steals. She reached double figures in scoring 18 times and registered eight double-doubles.

• Michael Sowers (Dresher/Upper Dublin) became just the fourth Princeton men’s lacrosse player to reach 100 career assists last Saturday as the junior dished out five assists and also tallied two goals as the Tigers cruised past Monmouth 23-7.

Sowers now has 102 career assists and 172 career points, two back of ninth all-time in points at Princeton.

• Maddie Dachowski (Perkasie/Pennridge) paced the La Salle women’s lacrosse team with seven points — scoring four of her teamhigh six goals in the first half while also handing out an assist as the Explorers opened the season by rolling past LIU Brooklyn 17-4 last Saturday.

Jordan Campbell (Glenside/Abington) tied for the La Salle lead in caused turnovers with two.

• Ursinus women’s basketball’s Lydia Konstanzer (Sellersvil­le/Pennridge) had game-highs in both points (23) and rebounds (14) to post her 33rd career double-double, tying the junior for first in program history, as the Bears earned a 53-52 victory over Muhlenberg last Wednesday.

Konstanzer then had nine points and three rebounds last Saturday in a 75-53 loss to Johns Hopkins.

• Erin Lindahl (Yardley/Germantown Academy) scored a game-high 21 points and grabbed five rebounds while Allison Chernow (Dresher/Upper Dublin) added 14 points, four rebounds and three assists as the Emory women’s basketball team picked up a 57-35 victory over Carnegie Mellon Sunday.

Last Friday in a 63-58 loss to Case Western Reserve, Chernow posted 13 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals with Lindahl finishing with 12 points, four rebounds and a pair of steals.

• Bailey Greenberg (North Wales/Archbishop Wood) led the Drexel women’s basketball team with a gamehigh 17 points and also collecting six rebounds and four assists as the Dragons routed Northeaste­rn 76-45 Sunday for their 10th straight win and Drexel head coach Denise Dillon’s 300th career victory.

Aubree Brown (Philadelph­ia/Archbishop Wood) posted eight points, eight assists and five rebounds while Kate Connolly (Harleysvil­le/ Souderton) chipped in three points and two rebounds for the Dragons.

Last Friday in a 62-39 win over Hofstra, Greenberg had 15 points and seven rebounds, Brown recorded two points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals while Connolly contribute­d two points.

• Quinnipiac women’s basketball’s Taylor Herd (Quakertown/Lansdale Catholic) scored eight of her 10 points in the first half and tied for the game-high in steals with three as the Bobcats bested Manhattan 64-39 last Friday.

• Cassie Sebold (Willow Grove/Archbishop Wood), Lauren Crim (Warrington/ Lansdale Catholic) and Abbey Spratt (Doylestown/ Central Bucks West) all scored in double figures as the Chestnut Hill women’s basketball team cruised to a 93-54 victory over Felician last Saturday. Sebold finished with a game-high 15 points, seven assists and three steals, Crim contribute­d 11 points and three rebounds while Spratt had 10 points, five assists and three rebounds.

Bri Hewlett (North Wales/North Penn) added eight points and nine rebounds from the Griffins while Brianna Cullen (Lansdale/North Pen) scored five points and Kaitlin Dougherty (Philadelph­ia/Saint Basil) had two points.
