Trio of suspects wanted for robbing pizzeria owner arrested
Justin Croson of York County and twins Kevin and Justin Cassidy of Delco out on bail

NORRISTOWN >> The three men accused of robbing the owner of a pizzeria in Norristown are now in custody.
According to Norristown Police Lt. Todd Dillon, Criminal Division Commander, on Friday, March 5, 2021 Justin Croson turned himself into the Norristown Police Department. Croson was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Francis Lawrence, who assigned Croson a $25,000 bail. Croson’s bail was posted and he was released from custody. A condition of his bail, was that he is not permitted to return to Norristown, unless attending a court proceeding. Also, there can be o contact with the victim, the victim’s family members or business.
On Thursday, March 4, 2021 Justin and Kevin Cassidy turned themselves into the Norristown Police Department. Both Cassidy brothers were arraigned before District Judge Lawrence, who assigned each a $40,000.00 cash bail. Both Cassidy brothers were transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. The conditions of their bail, was that they were not to permitted to return to Norristown, unless attending a court proceeding.
