4:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Choate Place for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Alyssa J. Webster, 32, Pea Ridge, in connection with thirddegree domestic battery.

Saturday, Oct. 5

2:56 p.m. Police were dispatched to the parking lot at Walmart Neighborhood Market for a private property accident involving vehicles driven by Cheryl Falkenstein, 51, Rogers, and Marvin Fletcher, 73, Seligman, Mo.

Sunday, Oct. 6

5:17 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Crystal L. Pendergraft, 40, Pea Ridge, in connection with possession of a controlled substance (meth); possession of a controlled substance (marijuana); felony possession of drug paraphernalia; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Benton County Jail and held for a probable cause hearing. Police

also cited Orrin Daniel Fallis, 37, Pea Ridge, a citation in connection with driving on a suspended driver’s license.

9:53 p.m. Police saw a male and female walking on Patton Street and“did a consensual contact”and discovered the woman was wanted on a warrant from Bentonville. As a result, police arrested Katie Arnold, 19, Pea Ridge, and transported her to Bentonville where she was released to Bentonville Police.
