City man indicted for sex and drugs
A grand jury returned an indictment adding more charges against a Scranton resident accused of sex and drug trafficking.
The new charges contend that Mark “Lucky” Cook, 38, used force or coercion with two additional people related to sex trafficking or attempted sex trafficking, worked with others to distribute cocaine between February and April 2015 and committed wire fraud in August and September.
Mr. Cook first faced charges in October. He is accused of setting up sexual encounters in hotels in Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Plains Twp. and Reading from April 2015 until October.
