Cops nab man with meth, oxy­codone

Po­lice ar­rested a Jermyn man driv­ing with a sus­pended li­cense, in an unin­sured SUV with the wrong li­cense plate and ex­pired reg­is­tra­tion, be­cause he also had meth, nar­cotics and pot in his car, ac­cord­ing to ar­rest pa­pers.

Frank C. Greco, 47, 669 Wash­ing­ton Ave., Apart­ment 10, faces charges in­clud­ing one felony count of drug pos­ses­sion with in­tent to de­liver for the 45.03 grams of crys­tal meth found in the car, po­lice said. Of­fi­cers also found oxy­codone pills, mar­i­juana and $1,799.

When asked about the drugs, Greco de­nied own­er­ship and ran, po­lice said. Of­fi­cers chased and tack­led him.

Greco is locked up in Lack­awanna County Prison on $75,000 bail.
