Marie Jeniemay Middleton Wright
TRENTON — Marie JenieMay Middleton Wright, 78, of Trenton. Marie finished her course on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Philadelphia, Marie attended and graduated from Bensalem Township High School in Bensalem, Pa., in 1951. She was formerly employed as a secretary at the Philadelphia Naval Base, by Hill Refrigeration, Planned Parenthood, and by Mercer County Welfare as a caseworker. She retired from the City of Trenton as a school crossing guard, and at the age of 70 received her CDL License to become a school bus driver. On July 18, 1972 Marie was baptized as Jehovah Witness.
Predeceased by her parents, William and Lucille Middleton, and her siblings, Andy, Wilford, Marvin, Luetter and Emmanuel. Marie is survived her husband, Paul A. Wright Sr.; sons, Paul A. Jr., Joseph W. Sr., John W. (Sonja), David A. Sr.; a daughter, Paulette A. Wright-Parham (Cedric); grandchildren, Latoya Akana, Alicia Wright, Ashley and Paul Parham, Joseph Jr., David Jr., Jalen, Monet, Dominique, Dasia and Jada Wright; brothers, Presley (Phyllis) and Cecil (Bonnie) Middleton; sisters, Alberta Middleton, Virginia Rogers, Cornelia Williams and Patricia Middleton; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1581 Sixth St., Ewing, NJ 08638. Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
