HAMILTON — Dolores A. “Dee” McManimon, 79, of Hamilton, died Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at the Capital Health Medical Center in Hopewell, she was the daughter of the late Walter R. and Cora D. Reed. She was the wife of the late Thomas “Roger” McManimon, to whom she was married for 52 years.

Dolores was born in Albany, NY and was a graduate of Hamilton High School. She worked as a receptioni­st at Transameri­ca Delaval in Trenton, for over 30 years. She was a life-long member of Holy Angels Church and volunteere­d at the parish school where her children attended. She was an avid reader and accomplish­ed seamstress and baker.

Dolores is survived by two daughters; Kathleen A. McManimon and partner Ligia Selesnick Thompson; of Doylestown, PA, Elizabeth C. and husband Peter Monahan; of Gettysburg, PA; two sons; Dennis R. and wife Nancy McManimon; of Hamilton, NJ, and Roger T. and wife Anne McManimon; of Holland, PA; eight grandchild­ren: Patrick; Connor; Janie; Caitlin; Nolan; and Cole McManimon; Elizabeth and Caroline Monahan. She is also survived by two sisters; Sally and husband Robert Patterson; and Lois Lutter; two brothersin-law; Francis J. and Joseph M. McManimon; two sisters-in-law; Rosemary and Patricia McManimon; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Dolores was preceded in death by her beloved grandson Brennan McManimon, sisters-in-law, Edna, Patricia, and Doris McManimon, E. Claire Hooker and Mary Jane Seiler; brothersin-law, Frank Lutter, William Hooker, William Seiler and Edward, William, John, Robert and Monsignor James P. McManimon.

The funeral will be held on Monday (Oct. 1) at 8:15 a.m. from the Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 S. Broad Street in Hamilton Township, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday (Oct. 1) at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Angels Church, Trenton, with Rev. Msgr. Thomas Mullelly officiatin­g. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday (Sept.30) from 4 to 7 p.m., at Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 S. Broad Street in Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributi­ons may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Scleroderm­a Foundation.
