Florence DUI: Walter Pursell, 62, was arrested last week and charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving while suspended, driving under the influence and refusal to submit to testing.

Police say Pursell was driving erraticall­y along Firehouse Lane when law enforcemen­t pulled him over.

PlaInsboro Fraud: A victim reported to police that an unknown suspect accessed her bank account twice and made fraudulent purchases on WalMart.com and ChristianM­ingle.com.

The purchases reportedly total $129. The case is still under investigat­ion.

bensalem, Pa. assault: Kelly Harris, 32, was arrested at her residence Monday and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was sent to Bucks County Correction­al Facility on $25,000 bail.

Trespass: Cynthia Elaine Zyvonoski, 49, was cited Tuesday for allegedly entering Parx Casino, after previously being placed on the statewide exclusion list.

Warrant: Joseph Kim, 30, was arrested Monday in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Hwy for an outstandin­g warrant from Upper Merion Township. He was turned over to Upper Merion Police.

assault: Theresa Harris, 55, was arrested Monday and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was sent to Bucks County Correction­al Facility on

$25,000 bail.

Disorderly: Juan Carlos Yanez Castellano­s, 51, was arrested in the 3100 block of Knights Road Monday and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkennes­s. He was issued citations.

mIDDleToWn, Pa. Theft: Katherine Decanzio, 34, was cited for retail theft Monday for allegedly taking $34 worth of merchandis­e from the Redner’s Warehouse Market.

morrIsvIll­e, Pa. assault: Willie Boston, Homeless, 48, was arrested last week and charged with simple assault, terroristi­c threats, resisting arrest, defiant trespassin­g, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at Mill Pond Shopping Center.

Warrant: Richard Chamberlin Jr., 29, was arrested last week in connection with a warrant from Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.

Disorderly: Lisandra Colon-Jimenez, 27, was cited last week for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred near Central & Park Avenue.
