O’Connor’s scores twice to lift Hopewell past Notre Dame

LAWRENCE >> Duncan O’Connor scored twice, in- cluding the game-winner in the second half to give the Hopewell Valley High boys soccer team a 2-1 victory over Notre Dame on Tuesday at Bill Zimmer Field.

Originally scheduled for Monday, the game was pushed back one day because of rain.

Dylan Markulec assisted on both of O’Connor’s goals, while Bobby Dorsett made six saves.
