Michael Paul Metzler Jr. of Hamilton

Michael Paul Metzler, Jr., 26, of Hamilton has been accepted into God’s loving embrace on Saturday, October 15, 2016. “Mikey,” as he was affectionately referred to by his family and friends was an avid NY Giants fan and enjoyed watching boxing, especially if it was Floyd Mayweather. Mikey often traveled to New York City and Atlantic City, going to the beach and the Brielle Yacht Club.

Mikey is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Mina Metzler and maternal grandparents, Anthony and Mary DiNatale.

Left to cherish his fun filled memory are his loving parents, Michael Paul Metzler, Sr. and Margaret “Peg” DiNatale Metzler; beautiful sisters, Chelsea Leigh Metzler, who was also Mikey’s best friend, and Michelle Metzler; paternal aunts and uncles of Hamilton, NJ: Kathy (Ronnie) Sanna, Tommy (Nancy) Metzler, Helen (Gino) Gogan, Susan (James) Chell, Bernice (James) Bigley, and Mina (Lance) Erbe; maternal aunts and uncles, Anthony (Kathy) DiNatale, Frank (Linda) DiNatale, Nancy (Claude) DiNatale, and Angela (Philip) Borgia of Yardley; godmother Adrienne Agnoli and his buddies Ronnie, Jared, Bruce and Jon as well as many other cousins, relatives, and friends will miss him deeply.

Visiting hours will begin Saturday; October 22, 2016, 9 a.m. at the Chiacchio Southview Funeral Home, 990 South Broad Street (Rte 206), Trenton, NJ 08611 (parking facility and handicap access located directly behind the funeral home via Genesee Street). Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment: Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610.
