Frank H. Volpe 85, of Hamilton Township, died on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, Hamilton Township.

Born in Trenton, NJ, he resided in Hamilton Township for the past 53 years.

Mr. Volpe was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired in 1996 after 38 years from the U.S. Postal Service, Hamilton Center. He was a member of the Princeton Chapter of the Barbershop­per’s Choir, and was an avid bowler.

Son of the late Nicola and Maria Pecci Volpe; brother of the late Nicholas Volpe, Josephine Santoro, Rose Bonfazi, Philomena “Fay” Francione, Helen Sheppard and Jenny Franchio; fatherin-law of the late Lizette Grimaldi Volpe; he is survived by his loving wife, Doris M. Berkeyheis­er Volpe; three sons and a daughter-in-law, John A. Volpe, Thomas Volpe, and Frank and Teri Volpe; a sister, Anna DiMemmo; a brother and sister-in-law, Anthony and Janet Volpe; a brother-in-law, Gabriel Francione; two grandchild­ren, Emma Rose Volpe and Nicholas Volpe; and many nieces, nephew, greatniece­s and greatnephe­ws, cousins and friends.

The Funeral will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. from the Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel, 1799 Klockner Road, Hamilton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning October 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 East State Street Extension, Hamilton. Burial will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.

Calling hours for family and friends will be on Friday evening, October 28, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, please exercise your American right to vote in November however, anyone but Hillary will do.
