Isn’t it ironic that the raises given to the Trenton top personnel were listed as a necessary COLA adjustment. The DOL listed as a COLA raise for seniors, retired military and others were only entitled to a 3% raise for 2017. Makes you wonder concerning the tier system.

Well, to be fair, the Trenton officials justified it because there were no raises for several years previous.
