Held at knifepoint: Police said on Monday they responded to the Penn Park Trailer Park, in the 1400 block of Bristol Pike, at about 3:59 p.m. on report of a man holding a knife to two women. Police said they arrived to find the front door of the trailer off the hinges and lying inside of the trailer. Police said they announced their presence and the victims came running from the rear bedroom. The victims told police that Stanley Petroski, 28, of Bensalem, was in the same room. Officers ordered him out of the room and subsequently arrested him. According to police,
Petroski arrived at 3:20 p.m. and allegedly kicked in the door to the trailer. Additionally it is alleged that he had sent a threatening text to one of the victims who called a friend to stay with her because she did not feel safe. After kicking in the door to the home, Petroski allegedly entered the bedroom wielding a large kitchen knife, police said. He then made threats to both women that he would kill them. A text message to a friend likely saved the day, however. One of the victims texted a friend the address and that friend called police.
