Beryl S. Lacey of Hamilton

Beryl S. Lacey, 86, of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at her home at Care One Assisted Living of Hamilton.

Born in Trenton, NJ, Ms. Lacey was a Hamilton Township resident since 1938. She retired as a principal for the Hamilton Township Board of Education after 34 years of service. She was an active member of the First Presbyterian church of Hamilton Square and was a lifelong member of the Nottingham Women’s Club and the Friends of Hamilton Township Library. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting hats for the Salvation Army, reading and traveling.

Predeceased by her parents, George J. and Beryl (Stott) Laciskey; she is survived by her brother, George B. Laciskey of Beach Haven; her niece, Diane Busza of Tuckerton; and her nephew, George J. Laciskey of Liberty, SC; her great-nephews, Matthew Busza of Mullica Twp., Michael Busza of Tuckerton and Jared Laciskey of Liberty, SC; and her great-niece, Keira Laciskey of Bradenton, FL.

Funeral services and interment will be private under the direction of the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ms. Lacey’s memory to the First Presbyterian Church of Hamilton Square, 3550 Nottingham Way, Hamilton, NJ 08690.
