Hamilton

Shooting: A man was shot Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue. The victim told police he was trying to find a woman in that area around 12:47p.m. when he heard shots and realized he had been struck by gunfire. The victim was driven to the hospital by an unknown male in the victim’s vehicle. Anyone with informatio­n regarding this incident is asked to call police at 609-689- 5824. Trenton

Skipped Fare: Raquel Gonzalez, 38, was arrested Monday when she allegedly refused

to pay a taxi fare after being driven to her destinatio­n. Downtown Drug Deals: Marilyn Williams, 57, and Amefika Edwards, 39, were arrested over the weekend after police allegedly saw them engage in drug deals downtown. Officials say detectives from the Street Crimes Unit were conducting an operation in the 100block of East State Street when they saw numerous people buying and selling drugs. Police seized 12decks of heroin and $59during the arrest of Williams and Edwards.

Domestic Violence: Jamie Martinez, 38, was arrested in connection with a domestic incident that happened on June 18. Officials say Martinez took her ex-girlfriend’s cellphone and then punched her in the face when the woman asked for it back. Warrants were later issued for Martinez’s arrest and she was apprehende­d Monday.

Heroin and Crack: Donte Jackson, 24, and Naafiysh Jones, 30, were arrested for alleged drug possession during a traffic stop in the first block of Howard Street. Officials say detectives from the Street Crimes Unit recovered five decks of heroin, a gram of crack cocaine and seized $371 during the investigat­ion. Heroin Bust: Kaysani George, 25, was arrested after police allegedly found him in possession of 150decks of heroin. Officials say detectives saw George sell drugs in the first block of Hudson Street Monday night.

Pot Bust: Jameel Green, 27, was arrested over the weekend after police allegedly saw him selling drugs. Green ran when detectives moved to arrest him, but was apprehende­d after a brief chase. Police seized 15grams of marijuana and $60in cash, as suspected drug proceeds.

Princeton

Bad Decision: A red Toyota Highlander and a black Mercedes Benz ML2 were both stolen from a driveway in the 100 block of Finley Road. Police say both vehicles were left unlocked with the keys inside them.

Bad Decision Too: A silver Audi A6 was stolen from a driveway in the 100 block of Allison Road. The vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside.

Drugs, Drinking, Driving: Hector Mata, 39, of Trenton, was arrested for driving while intoxicate­d and drug offenses following a traffic stop in the 200 block of Witherspoo­n Street.

Drunk Driving Too: Samantha Rechtman, 23, of Ewing, was arrested after police saw her driving on the wrong side of the road in the 100 block of Nassau Street. She is charged with driving while intoxicate­d.

Theft from Auto: Several items totaling $455 was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle that was parked in a driveway on the 100 block of Hunter Road.

Theft from Autos: A bag of clothing and other items were stolen out of two unlocked vehicles that were parked in the 200 block of Mt. Lucas Road.

More Unlocked Vehicles:

A total of $40 was stolen out of two unlocked vehicles that were parked in a driveway on the 100 block of Coniston Court.
