FL. Ramona “Mona” Mydlowski was born March 21, 1928 in Montreal, Canada. She resided in the Hamilton Township area for 54 years prior to moving to Jupiter, FL.

A few years after her graduation from Cathedral High School in Trenton, Ramona married the love of her life, Gene. Always a very caring wife and mother, she was also an adventurou­s and longtime businesswo­man, opening her own ladies clothing store in Hamilton in the late 1960’s, called Ramona’s Fashion Boutique. She then enjoyed a very successful career in real estate sales, establishi­ng herself as one of the premier saleswoman in Mercer County, winning numerous awards. She was a former parishione­r of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Ramona was always engaged in some sort of creative endeavor throughout every stage of her life. She excelled at sewing and needlepoin­t, gardening, and loved dancing. She was a self-taught gourmet cook, always exploring new and exotic recipes. In her later years, she devoted much of her time helping to care for her grandchild­ren; and she loved to travel with her husband and friends. Before moving to Florida she was of great comfort and care during the illness of her husband. Ramona had a wonderful 49-year marriage to Gene. Ramona was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmothe­r, sister and aunt.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Loretta “Mabel” (Manfredi) Mancuso; beloved wife of the late Eugene J. Mydlowski Sr.; sister of the late Frank, Michael, George and Anthony Mancuso, Carmella Klisivitch, Rose Pratico, Violetta DeCara and Mary “Angie” DeCara.

Ramona is survived by her four children, Ramona and husband Richard Bruno, Eugene Mydlowski, Jr. and wife Catherine, Michael Mydlowski, and Maribeth and husband Michael Cantwell; eight grandchild­ren, Max and wife Lyndsey Bruno, Jeff Bruno, Elizabeth, Chloe, Faith, and Olivia Mydlowski, Lucas and Eric Cantwell; a brother Frank Mancuso and wife Patricia, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 E. State St. Ext., Hamilton, NJ. Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Ln., Hamilton, NJ. Family and friends may call Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercervill­e Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
