Nottingham cruises past Jackson Liberty

HAMILTON » Richie Jones sparked the Nottingham Northstars offense last night with 22 points as they defeated Jackson Liberty, 77-44 to open the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group III State Tournament.

Jones teammate Cliff Joseph added 19 points and Darell Johnson chipped in 17 for the number two seeded winners, who will host number seven seeded Ocean Twp Wednesday at 7 p.m.
