No Phone in Court: Am­ber Warner, 23, was ar­rested Wed­nes­day af­ter ar­gu­ing with a judge in mu­nic­i­pal court who told her to put away her phone. It’s un­clear whether Warner was there for a mat­ter be­fore the judge or ac­com­pa­ny­ing some­one else. But police say she was told to leave the court­room af­ter ar­gu­ing with a judge about cell­phone use in court. When Warner re­fused to leave, of­fi­cials say, she was ar­rested for con­tempt of court. Of­fi­cials say Warner also re­fused to be placed in hand­cuffs, spark­ing a strug­gle with a cop in court. Police say the strug­gle con­tin­ued into the hall even af­ter Warner was hand­cuffed, and that she spit in an of­fi­cer’s face dur­ing the or­deal. Warner was charged with con­tempt of court, re­sist­ing ar­rest, dis­or­derly con­duct, ob­struct­ing the ad­min­is­tra­tion of law and throw­ing bod­ily fluid on police.

Shoplift­ing While High: Doni Sim­mers, 33, was ar­rested af­ter she al­legedly stole a pair of pants from a store in the 100 block of East State Street. Store em­ploy­ees told police Sim­mers went into a dress­ing room with three pairs of pants but ex­ited with only two. Of­fi­cials say Sim­mers was run­ning from em­ploy­ees when cops ar­rived on scene. Af­ter her ap­pre­hen­sion, police found a pair of pants in her purse along with three Xanax pills, six hy­po­der­mic needles and two crack pipes. She was charged with shoplift­ing, re­sist­ing ar­rest and drug of­fenses. Drug Bust: Kahlil Sulu, 37, was ar­rested af­ter police in­ter­rupted an al­leged drug deal in the 200 block of Spring Street. Police say Sulu was sit­ting in­side a ve­hi­cle parked in front of a fire hy­drant deal­ing drugs to an un­known per­son who quickly walked away when they saw cops com­ing. When they searched the car, cops found mar­i­juana and a dig­i­tal scale. Police also towed the car Sulu was driv­ing.

Stolen Fiat: Al­ter­rick Har­rell, 32, was ar­rested af­ter police found him driv­ing a 2017 Fiat that was pre­vi­ously re­ported stolen.

East Wind­sor

High at 7-Eleven: Pa­tri­cia Ar­gueta, 21, of Hamil­ton, was ar­rested af­ter cops found mar­i­juana in­side a car she was driv­ing. Of­fi­cials say police en­coun­tered Ar­gueta in the park­ing lot of a 7-Eleven store af­ter notic­ing that her brake light was in­op­er­a­ble.

Driv­ing Stoned: Matthew Mu­sial, 37, of New Brunswick, was ar­rested fol­low­ing a car crash on Route 130. Dur­ing the in­ves­ti­ga­tion, of­fi­cials say, police found mar­i­juana in­side his car. Mu­sial was charged with care­less driv­ing and pot pos­ses­sion.

DUI Hit and Run: Elmer San­doval, 26, was ar­rested fol­low­ing a drunken hit-an­drun crash at a gas sta­tion on Lake Drive. Police found San­doval in a park­ing lot on Avon Drive, where he gave cops a fake name dur­ing the in­ves­ti­ga­tion.

Parked with Pot: Eric Ochoa, 24, was ar­rested for mar­i­juana pos­ses­sion af­ter cops found him sit­ting in­side a parked ve­hi­cle at the Prince­ton Arms apart­ment com­plex.

War­ring­ton, Pa.

As­sault: Thomas H. Eck­ert Jr., 40, was ar­rested fol­low­ing an as­sault that hap­pened in the 2900 block of Bris­tol Road. Police say Eck­ert vi­o­lated a pre­vi­ously is­sued pro­tec­tion from abuse or­der, so he was re­manded to the Bucks County Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity.
