Kathleen V Baczewski, 95, of Lawrence passed away on Saturday June 16, 2018 at St. Joseph Skilled Nursing at Morris Hall.

Pre deceased by her parents Albert F & Mary A Zombek Muzyka; wife of the late Joseph Baczewski; mother of the late Carol Marie Joyce; sister of the late Joseph C Muzyka and Adele Targonski

Surviving Kathleen is her son Joseph A & Rosangela Baczewski of Harrisburg NC; daughter Gloria E & Ronald E Penrose of Lawrenceville; 6 grandchildren Christine & Robert Fiorello, Danny & Carie Joyce, Jennifer Baczewski & Charlie Doran, Joseph M Baczewski, Laura & Joseph Pulito and Sara & James Cariello; 6 great grandchildren Christopher Joyce, Jack Pulito, Anna, Danielle, Anika Fiorello and Delaney Doran; as well as several nieces and nephews and a sister in law Martha Muzyka of Raleigh NC.

Born and raised in Manhattan New York City, NY. Kathleen moved to Lawrenceville in 1946. She retired from Educational Testing Service in Ewing Township in 1989 after 13 years of service. She was previously employed with Dunham’s in Lawrenceville Shopping Center and their downtown store. Kathleen started her work as a seamstress in NYC with Bergoff Goodman. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and crocheting. Mrs Baczewski was a member of the Lawrence Senior Club and enjoyed traveling world wide with her friends and family.

The Funeral will be held at 10:30am on Thursday June 21 from Winowicz Funeral Chapel 865 Brunswick Avenue. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Thursday at St. Hedwigs Church. Calling Hours will be Thursday morning from 9:30am to 10:30am. Burial will follow in St Hedwigs Cemetery in Ewing Cemetery.
