Bank Robbery: Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank at gunpoint Thursday morning. Officials said the man walked into the First National Bank located in the 1100 block of General Washington Memorial Boulevard around 9:45 a.m. and pulled out a firearm, demanded
money from the teller. The man fled on foot, last seen heading towards the Washington Crossing River Bridge. The suspect is described as a white male approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall, wearing a tan colored windbreaker with black stripe on the sides, polarized sunglasses, a nylon camouflage face mask, dark jeans, and gray shoes with a white sole. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact police at 215-968-3020.
DUI: Anna Zilman, 28, was arrested earlier this week for driving under the influence of alcohol. Officials stopped her after seeing a traffic violation in the 900block of Street Road. During the traffic stop, a cop smelled a strong odor of alcohol. Police say Zilman failed a series of field sobriety tests.
Threats: Donald LaPlante, 59, of Richland, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault,
recklessly endangering another person, and disorderly conduct following an incident that happened in the 200 block of Yankee Road. Coke and Pot: Francesco Medina Jr., 37, was arrested after police found marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in the 600 block of Street Road. A judge set bail at $50,000.
