Bank Rob­bery: Po­lice are search­ing for a man who robbed a bank at gun­point Thurs­day morn­ing. Of­fi­cials said the man walked into the First Na­tional Bank lo­cated in the 1100 block of Gen­eral Wash­ing­ton Memo­rial Boule­vard around 9:45 a.m. and pulled out a firearm, de­manded

money from the teller. The man fled on foot, last seen head­ing to­wards the Wash­ing­ton Cross­ing River Bridge. The sus­pect is de­scribed as a white male ap­prox­i­mately 5-feet-8-inches tall, wear­ing a tan col­ored wind­breaker with black stripe on the sides, po­lar­ized sun­glasses, a ny­lon cam­ou­flage face mask, dark jeans, and gray shoes with a white sole. Any­one with in­for­ma­tion about the rob­bery is asked to con­tact po­lice at 215-968-3020.

DUI: Anna Zil­man, 28, was ar­rested ear­lier this week for driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence of al­co­hol. Of­fi­cials stopped her af­ter see­ing a traf­fic vi­o­la­tion in the 900block of Street Road. Dur­ing the traf­fic stop, a cop smelled a strong odor of al­co­hol. Po­lice say Zil­man failed a se­ries of field so­bri­ety tests.

Threats: Don­ald LaPlante, 59, of Rich­land, was charged with ter­ror­is­tic threats, sim­ple as­sault,

reck­lessly en­dan­ger­ing an­other per­son, and dis­or­derly con­duct fol­low­ing an in­ci­dent that hap­pened in the 200 block of Yan­kee Road. Coke and Pot: Francesco Medina Jr., 37, was ar­rested af­ter po­lice found mar­i­juana, co­caine and drug para­pher­na­lia dur­ing a traf­fic stop in the 600 block of Street Road. A judge set bail at $50,000.
