Nemeth’s Irish pick up pair of victories
The Notre Dame wrestling team once again had a positive day as it swept a tri-meet on its home mat by the identical scores of 39-33.
In addition to beating Hamilton, Notre Dame rallied for a victory over Princeton. It looked like the Irish might be in trouble when Princeton dominated the early part of the match, but ND stormed back with victories in the last five weights. In that run were pins by Noah Brachelli, Jaylen Bynes and heavyweight Omar Santos.
Other results included Allentown getting beat three times as the Redbirds fell to Delran, Highland and host Brick Memorial.
