Robbinsvil­le High School’s senior, Shea Walsh is a true leader on and off the athletic field. Shea’s work ethic and kind hearted spirit are the groundwork of the many highlights in her portfolio. Shea is an exceptiona­l role model and a student that genuinely cares for other people. She pursues success not only for herself, but also for those around her.

During her tenure as a Varsity field hockey and Varsity softball player, Shea has had amazing success. For field hockey, she earned back to back Offensive and Overall Player of the Year. She was named to the CVC First Team in her sophomore, junior and senior year. She is ranked in the top 20 scorers in the state as a junior.

In softball, along with getting her 100th career hit in her junior year, she has played an integral part in winning three Mercer County Tournament Championsh­ips and back to back Group II State Championsh­ips. She was names First Team All-Area in her sophomore and junior year among many other accolades.

Shea is an exemplary “scholar athlete”. She is highly motivated and dedicated to her academic success. Shea’s scholastic excellence is reflected in her consistenc­y of high grades and her cumulative GPA of 4.25. Throughout high school she has been able to manage her ambitious schedule of honors and advanced placement classes while maintainin­g her rigorous athletic schedule. This fall 2019, Shea will be attending Marist College and playing Division I softball.
