Sagebrush Days brings old-time fun to San Miguel this weekend
Yee-haw! Saturday is Sagebrush Days in downtown San Miguel. It’s time to have some old-fashioned fun.
The Peddlers’ Faire will be open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., featuring unique and homemade items and food vendors.
The Sagebrush 5K Run through town starts at 10 a.m. Sign up to enter at the San Miguel Mercantile during the week or starting at 9:30 a.m. on race day at 13th and Mission streets.
The parade begins at 11 a.m. going south to the Mission, around Fr. Reginald Park and returning to the Fire Station. Following the parade, there will be an open mic (bring your music) and Chicken Patty Bingo.

April 26: San Miguel Senior Center, 601 12th St. (east of railroad tracks): 5:30 p.m. potluck; 6:30 p.m. bingo and munchies. Join them for food and fun.
April 28: Hesperia Hall in Lockwood: Annual chicken BBQ (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and white elephant sale and auction (1:30 to 4 p.m.) Take Interlake Road to Bryson-Hesperia Road — approximately 2 miles to the Hall. For information and directions see www.hesperiahall.org.
April 27 and 28: Vines Quilt Show at Vines RV Resort, 88 Wellsona Road
