Japanese comedy duo Chidori (Daigo Yamamoto and Nobuyuki Hayakawa) are back for Season 2 of this “survival talk show.” The first season featured comedians and other talent engaged in talk battles to move on to the next stage – starring in a thrilling drama with establishe­d actors. A portion of the drama was unscripted, and the cast was tasked with sharing their stories in their own words. The competitio­n will feature a similar premise, with new faces, this season.

Street Outlaws vs. the World Discovery Channel, 8 p.m. ● New Series

The quickest and most polarizing Street Outlaws (with BoostedGT as captain) travel abroad to represent Team USA as they take on stiff competitio­n from Australia to prove that they are, in fact, the world’s fastest drivers.

The Voice NBC, beginning at 8 p.m.

The coaches vie to discover and mentor the next singing phenomenon on the sixth night of Blind Auditions.

BET Hip Hop Awards 2023 BET, 9 p.m.

Fat Joe returns to host this event (taped Oct. 3), which this year will continue the celebratio­n of hip-hop’s 50th anniversar­y. Cardi B and 21 Savage lead the nominees with 12 nods each, followed by Drake, with nine.

FBI True CBS, 9 p.m.

This true-crime series from Paramount+ continues with “The Manhattan Bomber & Kidnapping of Hannah Anderson.” A search ensues after a homemade bomb explodes in New York’s Chelsea neighborho­od, injuring 30 people, and agents track down the so-called family friend who abducted a 16-year-old after killing her mother in the remote wilderness of Idaho.

Joe Bob celebrates the 45th anniversar­y of John Carpenter’s classic thriller Halloween.

Farmtruck and AZN Down Under Discovery Channel, 10 p.m. ● New Series

Farmtruck and AZN, from Street Outlaws, head to Australia to find their own races and fun antics in this fish-out-ofwater racing series.

The team mobilizes to search for Jinny Coe, a personal escort who disappeare­d near her apartment; news anchor Joy-Ann Reid launches a nationwide search for the person who abducted Gabi (Shanola Hampton) and Bella (Jasmine Washington) when they were young; and Dhan (Karan Oberoi) makes a breakthrou­gh with Zeke (Arlen Escarpeta).
