POLICE REPORTS

CAMPING CITATION: An officer contacted a “suspicious person” in the 200 block of South School Street at 3:51a.m. Feb. 6 and cited a 46-year-old Ukiah resident for violating city camping codes.
THEFT: An officer responded to the 1200 block of Airport Park Boulevard at 6:30p.m. Feb. 6for a report of a backpack being stolen and arrested Jonathan R. Henderson, 20, of Ukiah, on suspicion of grand theft. He was booked at county jail.
TRESPASSING: An officer responded to the 100 block of Talmage Road at 7:22 p.m. Feb. 6for a report of trespassing and cited two people for violating city camping codes: a 58-yearold Ukiah man and a 51-year-old Ukiah woman. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
An officer responded to the 700 block of South State Street at 9:45 p.m. Feb. 7 for a report of an unwanted person and arrested Cynthia Philliber, 31, of Ukiah, on suspicion of domestic violence and assault. She was booked at county jail. SHOPLIFTER: An officer responded to the 1200 block of North State Street at 8:49p.m. Feb. 8for a report of a shoplifter and arrested a 35-year-old Hopland woman on suspicion of theft. She was cited and released. ENCAMPMENTS: An officer on the Rail Trail contacted people at “multiple encampments” between Gobbi Street and Talmage Road around 8 a.m. Feb. 9 and reported that “all parties were contacted and packing up.” Another officer contacted people at “multiple encampments” in the 300 block of East Perkins Street and arrested a 63-year-old Eureka man for county warrants, as well as a 52-year-old Ukiah woman for both a county warrant and for violating city camping codes.
TRESPASS: Caller in the 900 block of South State Street reported at 5:45 p.m. Feb. 9 that people were setting up camp. An officer responded and arrested a 67-year-old Napa man for county warrants. He was booked at county jail. NAKED MAN IN BATHROOM: Caller at Mcdonald's on North Orchard Avenue reported at 8:20p.m. Feb. 9 that an unclothed person in a bathroom was refusing to leave. An officer responded and arrested the 47-yearold Ukiah man for county warrants. He was booked at county jail.
• Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
