SHERIFF'S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:

DRUG SALES: Heather M. Baird, 51, of Little River, was booked at Mendocino County jail Feb. 22on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, maintaining a place for the sale and use of drugs, willful cruelty to a child and cultivating an illegal amount of marijuana. She was arrested by the Mendocino Major Crimes Task Force.

CONCEALED DAGGER:

Juan A. Botello, 30, of Sacramento, was booked at county jail Feb. 21on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department. DUI: Vincent R. Caccamo, 43, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Feb. 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON:

Adam W. Chavira, 39, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Feb. 22, on suspicion of assault with a

deadly weapon and damaging power lines. He was arrested by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office. ILLEGAL POSSESSION

OF AMMUNITION: Robert F. Fackrell II, 36, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 21 on suspicion of illegal possession of ammunition, possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substances. He was arrested by the WPD.

DUI: Ivan Gomez-torres, 18, of Fortuna, was booked at county jail Feb. 21on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Abigale M. Grimes, 23, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 22on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the UPD.

ROBBERY: Gabriel M. R. Hailey-ruiz, 18, was booked at county jail Feb. 23on suspicion of second-degree robbery, and of committing offenses while out on bail. He was arrested by the MCSO.

STALKING AND THREATS:

Justin M. James, 32, of Humboldt County, was booked at county jail Feb. 21on suspicion of stalking and threatening bodily injury. He was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Bakhterkhan Komak, 34, of Eureka, was booked at county jail Feb. 21on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP.

DUI: Brigido A. Lopeznieto, 35, of Willits, was booked at county jail Feb. 23 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP.

DUI: Cesar R. Magdaleno, 24, of Woodland, was booked at county jail Feb. 22on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/ alcohol and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the CHP. • Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
