SHERIFF'S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:

BRINGING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE INTO JAIL:

Robert D. Avery II, 34, of Nice, was booked at county jail March 14 on suspicion of smuggling a controlled substance into jail and of violating his mandatory supervisio­n. He was arrested by the MCSO. EMBEZZLEME­NT: Bruce K. Edwards, 36, of Willits, was booked into county jail March 14 on suspicion of embezzleme­nt. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department. EMBEZZLEME­NT: Robert W. Galletti, 39, of Ukiah, was booked into county jail March 14 on suspicion of embezzleme­nt and grand theft. He was arrested by the UPD. POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOR SALE: Daniel P. Hunt, 40, of Fairfield, was booked into county jail March 14 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, transporti­ng a controlled substance and attempted theft of a car. He was arrested by the MCSO. CARJACKING: Franklin I. Oliver, 34, of Covelo, was booked into county jail March 14 on suspicion of carjacking. He was arrested by the MCSO. CONSPIRACY: Kyle M. Sotelo, 18, of Hopland, was booked into county jail March 14 on suspicion of conspiracy and vandalism. He was arrested by the UPD. THREATS: Jose L. Barriga Barrera, 29, of Ukiah, was booked into county jail March 15 on suspicion of threats, stalking, vandalism, resisting/delaying a first responder and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOR SALE:

Tucker R. Chester, 40, of Fort Bragg, was booked into county jail March 15 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, of illegal possession of ammunition and possession of drug parapherna­lia. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Lacey E. Devereux, 32, of Ukiah, was booked into county jail March 15 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Carlos T. Romero Gutierrez, 25, of American Canyon, was booked into county jail March 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested by the UPD.

DUI: Osvaldo Arroyo Torres, 19, of Ukiah, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the UPD.

DUI: Ricardo Galvando Dominguez, 38, of Ukiah, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence.

He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

DUI: Carlos E. Garcia Arenas, 23, of Fort Bragg, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended/ revoked license and for violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Robert E. Harreschou, 39, of Willits, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP. POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE: Trevor W. Milani, 53, of Ukiah, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle. He was arrested by the CHP. DUI: Alden B. Sodd, 34, of Philo, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:

Laselle Y. Spence, 44, of Willits, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of false imprisonme­nt and domestic violence. She was arrested by the Willits Police Department. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Larry J. Sutherland, 43, of Laytonvill­e, was booked into county jail March 16 on suspicion of false imprisonme­nt and domestic violence. He was arrested by the WPD. DUI: Jhony A. Camacho Barbosa, 30, of Cloverdale, was booked into county jail March 17 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was arrested by the CHP. CONSPIRACY: Erick I. Flores Rodriguez, 23, of Covelo, was booked into county jail March 17 on suspicion of conspiracy. He was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Jannette R. Gallegos, 58, of Hopland, was booked into county jail March 17 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the CHP. DUI: Jaime Moroyoqui, 45, of Covelo, was booked into county jail March 17 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, possessing marijuana for sale, transporti­ng marijuana and of driving without a license He was arrested by the CHP. • Those arrested by law enforcemen­t officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the informatio­n is in error should contact the appropriat­e agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcemen­t agencies are reported by the newspaper.
