SHERIFF'S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:
DUI: William H. Aadland Breen, 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence with priors, driving with a license suspended/revoked for DUI, violating a protective order and violating his probation. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
FRAUD: Katrina Flores Osorio, 29, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail April 1 on suspicion of fraud. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Sarah E. Gravel, 36, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 1 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO. DUI: Freddy A. Pelayo Ruiz, 42, of Cloverdale, was booked at county jail April 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
DUI: Miguel J. Ramirez, 23, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and causing injury, and of resisting/delaying a first responder. He was arrested by the CHP.
UNLAWFUL COLLECTION OF ABALONE: Lance A. Robles, 60, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail April 1 on suspicion of unlawful collection of abalone and of conspiracy. He was arrested by the MCSO. DRUG SALES: Nicole M. Hawkins, 38, of Covelo, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale. She was arrested by the UPD. VEHICLE THEFT: Ismael A. Hernandez-Teyes, 21, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of taking a vehicle without permission and of receiving known stolen property. He was arrested by the CHP. DUI: Jose J. Lulemarin, 54, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Nicolas Martinez Lopez, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of domestic violence and stalking. He was arrested by the UPD.
GRAND THEFT: Tony D. Nelson, 54, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of grand theft and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Damion L. Ramirez, 23, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
FALSE IMPERSONATION: Rudy R. Vega, 43, of Covelo, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of false impersonation of another, altering a vehicle registration and of possessing drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the WPD.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Forrest C. Wilberger, 33, of Leggett, was booked at county jail April 2 on suspicion of domestic violence and of animal cruelty. He was arrested by the MCSO. DUI: Tonya G. Engel, 59, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 3 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and of leaving the scene of a crash. She was arrested by the WPD.
DUI: Raul Medina, 23, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 3 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and of driving with a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the CHP. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Devlin A. Vining, 38, of Palo Alto, was booked at county jail April 3 on suspicion of domestic violence and of violating a protective order. He was arrested by the UPD.
• Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
