INSIDE: COVID-19 Tracker: Tuolumne County adds three new cases,
Tuolumne County reported three new cases of COVID-19 onthursday, none of which were at Sierra Conservation Center near Jamestown.
The new cases were identified as a girl younger than 18, a woman in her 30s and a man in his 70s. One of the three was hospitalized, while the other two were isolating at home.
One person who was listed as hospitalized on Wednesday has since been sent home, and five other cases have been released from isolation.
Foster and resource parents were added to the list of people now eligible to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
A state vaccine dashboard updatedthursday showed 19,600 vaccine doses had been administered in the county, up 629 from the previous count.the county’s estimated population is 54,660.
As ofthursday, the county had tallied 3,989 total coronavirus cases since the pandemic began, with 2,573 community cases and 1,416 SCC inmate cases.there were 14 active cases and only the one Covid-positive individual was hospitalized.
A total of 59 people in the county have died from COVID-19 since the pandemic began early last year.

Testing
When you should get tested: Five days after travel or close contact with others outside of your household; as soon as possible if experiencing symptoms; and/or every 14 to 28 days if regularly working with the public.

Vaccinations
•Thetuolumne County Public Health Department continues to distribute COVID-19 vaccine doses to people in Phase 1A and 1B of a state vaccine distribution plan, individuals 60 and older, people 16 to 64 in high-risk groups, as well as foster and resource parents, education workers, childcare workers, emergency services workers, and food and agriculture workers.
