The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

11:30 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — Someone said a woman in a black jacket, black leggings and pink hoodie harassed customers and “freaked out” in an eatery on Sanguinett­i Road.

12:40 p.m., warrant arrest — A man stumbled around with his pants around his ankles and sprayed alcohol from a container on Mono Way. He was arrested and booked for trespass.

1:37 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone said an intoxicate­d couple had lunch at a business on Mono Way and they were afraid the couple would drive.

1:48 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone said two young girls about 6 years old played on the grass near a traffic signal and appeared to be unattended on Greenley Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

6:23 a.m., Sonora — A person was seen stealing mail on Lime Kiln Road near Algerine Wards Ferry Road.

6:41 a.m., Sonora — A suspicious vehicle check resulted in an arrest onyosemite Road.

8:13 a.m., Sonora — A fight between a customer and an employee resulted in an arrest at a business ontuolumne Road.

8:21 a.m., Sonora — Someone said they received death threats via text from an unknown person on Beckwith Road.

11:11 a.m., Columbia — A woman said there were two attempts to break into her car on Gold Springs Road.

12:33 p.m., Sonora — A mining claim was vandalized on Jackass Hill Road and Highway 49.

3:24 p.m.sonora — A Kindle Fire was stolen from a business on Mono Way.

5:50 p.m., Jamestown — A theft occurred at a business on Main Street.

6:44 p.m., Jamestown — A fight occurred over mistaken identity of dogs on Jacksonvil­le Road. The parties separated and went home.

11:27 p.m., Tuolumne — Theft occurred at a business on Tuolumne Road North.

10:10 a.m., Mono Vista — Thomas Earl Schoonover, 28, of the 2000 block, of Chief Road, Copperopol­is, was booked after an arrest on Highway 108 near Soulsbyvil­le Road. Felony bookings:

2:06 a.m., Jamestown — Dylan James Mcdonald, 28, of the 1900 block of Alta Court, Oakdale, was booked on suspicion of possession of metal knuckles and misdemeano­r charges of carrying a switchblad­e knife, possession of a controlled substance and altering the appearance of an imitation firearm after an arrest on Jamestown Road and Golf Links Road.

11:28 p.m., Sonora — Kenneth Christophe­r Eldred, 36, of Twain Harte, was booked on suspicion of possession of metal knuckles and a misdemeano­r charge of possession of a controlled substance and multiple warrants after an arrest on Mono Way.

CALAVERAS COUNTY THURSDAY

4:48 a.m., Angels Camp — A suspicious person was seen on Highway 49 near Cosgrave Road, and an arrest was made.

6:23 a.m., San Andreas — A woman walked barefoot on Calaverita­s Road.

2:01 p.m., San Andreas — A suspicious person was seen on Calaverita­s Road near Edgewood Drive, and an arrest was made.

2:56 p.m., Wallace — A burglary occurred on Highway 12.

4:37 p.m., Burson — A person who trespassed at a vacant residence on Burson Road was arrested.

4:45 p.m., Burson — Casey James Worley, 38, of the 800 block of West Yosemite Avenue, Manteca, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeano­r charge of possession of controlled substance parapherna­lia and multiple warrants from multiple counties after an arrest on Burson Road.
