TUOLUMNE COUNTY
The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
TUESDAY
12:02 a.m., suspicious circumstances — Two men wearing bandanas over their faces were seen walking away from the back of a manager’s office at an apartment complex on Greenley Road and “acted like they were in a hurry.”
5:26 a.m., trespass/loiter — A person slept under the stairwell at the old Cinema 5 on Mono Way.
8:48 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man seen leaving the yard of a Columbia Way residence carrying a generator was confronted by a neighbor. The man left the generator and left walking with a bicycle toward downtown.
10:03 a.m., animal complaints — A friendly black pit bull dog with a red collar and orange bow was taken to Tuolumne County Animal Control after being found inside a Mono Way business.
10:37 a.m., trespass/loiter — A Symons Lane resident said someone was camped on her property.
1:12 p.m., vandalism, property damage — The rear window of a vehicle parked on South Shepherd Street was broken sometime between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
1:34 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man in his 50s with a tan, a balding head and wearing a gray T-shirt beat on tables, pushed shopping carts into things and yelled at a business on Sanguinetti Road.
11:11 p.m., theft — People took four kayaks from in front of a Sanguinetti Road business.
11:37 p.m., warrant arrests — A woman who was seen lying on the shoulder of Stockton Road and not moving was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
8:34 a.m., Jamestown — A sexual assault occurred on Twist Road.
10:45 a.m., Jamestown — People fought on Peppermint Circle.
11:53 a.m., Jamestown — People fought on Peppermint Circle.
11:58 a.m., Columbia — People heard yelling and screaming at a Gunsight Road residence, then heard more screaming and yelling after a gunshot. An arrest was made.
2:13 p.m., Sonora — A caller said a train used “too loud of an air horn” while crossing Tuolumne Road.
6:42 p.m., Sonora — Someone in a small blue truck dumped trash along Lime Kiln Road.
7:02 p.m., Sonora — A man was seen lying in the roadway on Pesce Way.
7:49 p.m., Soulsbyville — A Kings Court property was vandalized.
8:57 p.m., Don Pedro — A boat that launched from the Fleming Marina was taking on water half way out into the lake.

9:16 p.m., Soulsbyville — Alisha Elizabeth Mackenzie, 30, of the 18000 block of Birch Street, Tuolumne, was booked after an arrest on Soulsbyville Road.
11:32 p.m., Twain Harte — Jacob Alan Bennett, 35, of the 17000 block of Towhee Lane, was booked after an arrest at his home.

2:43 p.m., Columbia — Jesse Angel Serpa, 41, of the 1000 block of Bluebell Drive, Livermore, was booked on suspicion of assault with a firearm on a person, being a felon/addict/etc. in possession of a firearm, prohibited person in possession of ammunition/etc., and misdemeanor illegal manufacture/ assembly of a firearm after an arrest on Gunsight Road.
CALAVERAS COUNTY
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
TUESDAY
5:06 p.m., West Point — A theft occurred on General Court.
8:04 p.m., West Point — An officer arrested a suspicious person on Bouvard Street.

6:04 p.m., West Point — Carlos Barbaro Nunez Jr., 39, of the 400 block of East Alameda Street, Manteca, was booked on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possessing/owning/ etc. Ammunition by a prohibited person, possession of a stolen vehicle/vessel, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and misdemeanors possession of unlawful paraphernalia, a traffic offense and obstructing/resisting/etc. a public/peace officer/emt after an arrest on the 100 block of Bouvard Street.
