The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

6:47 a.m., threats — A woman with short brown hair wearing a green-and-blue scarf on her head, a white tank top and black leggings with skulls drove a 1995 Chevy Suburban in circles in a parking lot on Sanguinett­i Road. She said a man accused her of having his cell phone and said he would have someone shoot her if she didn’t give it back.

11:54 a.m., theft — A tall, thin man in his 30s or 40s with short brown hair in a gray-and-green sweatshirt and green pants wore a stolen sweatshirt and went behind a business on Mono Way.

5:48 p.m., theft — A man in his late 40s with brown hair, wearing a white bandana, a white-and-black flannel shirt with cut off sleeves and jeans, pushed a shopping cart out of a grocery store on Sanguinett­i Road.

10:19 p.m., unclassifi­ed — A person on a motorcycle and people in a sedan drove into a South Washington Street parking lot in a fire evacuation zone and refused to leave.

10:26 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — An emergency services worker said a man in a black leather vest with no shirt on underneath stood on the roof of a sedan in the parking lot of an eatery on Mono Way and when, he shined a light on him, he jumped off the vehicle and left.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

7:59 a.m., Soulsbyvil­le — A residence on Livermore Court was burglarize­d.

8:59 a.m., Sonora — A Creekside Drive resident said a neighbor was burning on the property.

10:10 a.m., Columbia — A rental property was vandalized on School House Road.

11:10 a.m., Columbia — A woman lay on the grass at a Parrotts Ferry Road mobile home park and claimed to be “the queen of the universe” and refused to leave.

11:23 a.m., Tuolumne — People slept under the bleachers on Jerry Whitehead Field at Main Street and Willow Avenue.

1:13 p.m., Jamestown — Multiple calls occurred for a fire on Highway 108 and Golf Links Road.

1:51 p.m., Sonora — A Crooked Lane resident said they were trapped in their house and they could see flames from the Washington Fire.

1:59 p.m., Sonora — Someone with a broken foot was unable to evacuate on Fairview Lane.

2:57 p.m., Sonora — Someone made threats on Kewin Mill Road.

3:15 p.m., Jamestown — Someone said their grandfathe­r with dementia would not be able to evacuate by himself on Mill Villa Road.

3:36 p.m., Sonora — A Chukar Circle resident said someone slashed the tires on her car.

3:59 p.m., Sonora — Someone called to complain about traffic backing up on Highway 108 at Soulsbyvil­le Road.

4:21 p.m., Jamestown — Someone who had evacuated their Manor Drive home said they left the stove on.

4:30 p.m., Sonora — Someone on Madrone Circle said they were afraid of the fire and wanted the planes to circle Cedar Ridge in case a fire broke out. They were advised that the planes were busy fighting a fire.

4:32 p.m., Jamestown — Someone was assaulted with a weapon at a service station on Highway 108.

4:49 p.m., Jamestown — A 66-year-old woman needed help to evacuate her Mill Villa Road home.

5:23 p.m., Jamestown — A woman in a white Ranger said she needed to get through the road closure on Highway 108 to get her mother out of a mobile home park, and CHP would not let her through without permission from the Sheriff’s Office.

5:33 p.m., Jamestown — A man was unable to contact his mother and requested a welfare check on her at her Mill Villa Road residence.

8:01 p.m., Sonora — An intoxicate­d person driving a white GMC truck with a lumber rack dragged something that threw sparks on Tuolumne

Road near Standard Road.

10:51 p.m., Jamestown — A Vista Drive resident said their dog was “going crazy barking inside” and they thought someone was outside because they heard a thump against the side of the house.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

12:14 a.m., Valley Springs — A report was taken for someone who resisted/obstructed a peace officer on Nove Way.

2:59 p.m., Valley Springs — Cruelty to animals occurred on Highway 12.

5:10 p.m., San Andreas — Battery occurred on Mountain Ranch Road.
