TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

10:15 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man in a sleeping bag on the Terzich parking structure urinated and defecated on himself. An officer spoke to the man, and he agreed to leave the area.

2:42 p.m., controlled substances — A man was arrested behind a business on Sanguinett­i Road.

3:12 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man said his neighbor told him there were people “squatting” on his vacant land inside the city limits near Shaws Flat Road.

5:23 p.m., traffic collision — A report was taken for three vehicles that collided on Shaw’s Flat Road. One driver said his brakes failed and another driver was transporte­d to Adventist Health Sonora.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

7:29 a.m., Copperopol­is — Mail was stolen Kiva Drive and Little John Road.

8:08 a.m. Milton — Equipment was stolen from a Milton Road property.

9:44 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — A report was taken for fraud that occurred on Highway 49.

12:30 p.m., Copperopol­is — Tree stakes were pulled out of the ground in an act of vandalism on Quail Hill Road.

1:31 p.m., Arnold — A delivery driver damaged a vehicle on Coniferous Drive.

2:06 p.m., Avery — A suspicious man looked into windows on Avery Sheep Ranch and Fullen roads.

2:21 p.m., San Andreas — A battery occurred on Fricot City Road.

2:30 p.m.,san Andreas — Multiple calls were received for a disturbanc­e that involved a man who stayed in his vehicle in the area of Lewis Avenue.

2:55 p.m., Valley Springs — Someone was assaulted at a Highway 12 address.

FRIDAY, Nov. 5 8:41 p.m., Copperopol­is — Mitzi Renee Headings, 36, of the 2000 block of Arrowhead Street, was charged with suspicion of bringing a controlled substance/etc. into the jail and misdemeano­r driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs after an arrest on Cheyenne Road at Copper Cove.

SATURDAY, Nov. 6 12:24 a.m., Arnold — Ashleigh Ann Scottfunkh­ouser, 20, of the 400 block of West 10th Street, Antioch, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal bodily injury on a spouse/cohabitant after an arrest on Pine Drive.

5:25 p.m., San Andreas — James Eliseo Robinett Jr., 19, of the 100 block of West Saint Charles Street, was booked on suspicion of battery with serious bodily injury and assault with a deadly weapon with force and possible great bodily injury after an arrest at his home.

5:50 p.m., San Andreas — Dylan Ray Mills, 27, of the 100 block of West Saint Charles Street, was booked on suspicion of battery with serious bodily injury after an arrest at his home.

11:57 p.m., Valley Springs — Andrew Jose Parra, 27, of the 1300 block of West Marlette Street, Ione, was booked on suspicion of stalking and misdemeano­r charges of obstructin­g/resisting/etc. a public/peace officer/emt and misdemeano­r possession of unlawful parapherna­lia after an arrest on Highway 26 and Jean Street.
