The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
MONDAY
12:17 a.m., pedestrian check — Officers checked on a vehicle at a business on Pesce Way and the occupants said they were “just digging through the trash” before leaving the area.
7:10 a.m., graffiti — Someone burned the name “Jimbo” with a lighter on a cement wall in the men’s restroom at Woods Creek Rotary Park.
12:27 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman on South Washington Street said her vehicle was missing from where she parked it. An officer located it in the parking lot of a motel.
3:27 p.m., fraudulent activities — A report was taken for a woman who said she left her debit card at a friend’s house and believed the card was stolen and used to get a room at a motel on Stockton Road.
9:56 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man who said he was going to “kill everybody” at a medical center on Greenley Road was arrested and booked into county jail on a misdemeanor trespassing charge.
9:57 p.m., lost, found property — A woman said she lost her wallet near a coffee shop on South Washington Street.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
MONDAY
9:05 a.m., Tuolumne — Multiple calls occurred for a reckless driver ontuolumne Road in a white Ford F-150 pickup truck with a Florida plate.
12:48 p.m., Sonora — A man went in and out of a restroom on Mono Way multiple times and was seen stuffing things down his pants.
2:43 p.m., Sonora — A report was taken for fraud on Sommette Drive.
3:55 p.m., Tuolumne — Gas was stolen on Yosemite Road.
5:43 p.m., La Grange — A woman said her home on Las Palmas Way was burglarized.
