The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

1:11 p.m., animal complaints — An 8-year-old Shepherd Street girl was bitten or scratched by a cat.

4:37 p.m., traffic violations — A man said a man with short wavy hair driving a black BMW almost ran into his vehicle as he was pulling out of a Mono Way fast-food restaurant, flipped him off and tried to spit on him, then followed him downtown, pulled up alongside and successful­ly spit on him.

7:44 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man wearing a yellow hoodie was trespassed for the second time in 24 hours from a Greenley Road medical facility.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

1:11 a.m., Sonora — A fight resulted in an arrest on Lexie Court.

3:44 a.m., Sonora — Someone said their neighbor banged on the wall and woke up everyone in the residence on Darpinian Way.

8:25 a.m., Jamestown — Someone saw a man in a white four-door Jaguar use a screwdrive­r to pry open a mailbox on Rawhide Road.

8:57 a.m., Mi-wuk Village — Someone said they heard a mountain lion on Redwood Court.

8:59 a.m., Sonora — An automobile was burglarize­d on Highway 49 and Parrotts Ferry Road.

10:00 a.m., Jamestown — A man said a white Jaguar crashed into a lawn ornament at his Airbnb on Railbed Road. An arrest was made.

12:51 p.m., Sonora — Multiple people said they saw a shirtless man who sat and hung off of the top of the overpass at Highway 108 and Old Wards Ferry Road.

1:31 p.m., Sonora — A taser was found inside a rental vehicle that was returned at a business on Mono Way.

3:34 p.m., Groveland — A man said dogs at a business on Powderhous­e Street tried to bite him.

TUESDAY

1:08 p.m., Big Oak Flat — David Lopezrios, 50, of Patterson, was booked after an arrest on Highway 120.

11:55 p.m., Sonora — Kylie Amber Mcmillan, 26, of the 2000 block of Buck Pass Road, Mariposa, was booked after an arrest at Sanguinett­i Road and Mono Way.

TUESDAY

10:33 a.m., Jamestown — Brian Sathaphone Manivongph­aphonhsay, 31, of the 1200 block of Moonlight Drive, Ceres, was booked on suspicion of seconddegr­ee burglary, attempted burglary, possession, manufactur­e, sell a dangerous weapon and misdemeano­r charges of mail theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic substance and driving under the influence, after an arrest on Railbed Road.
