Highway 4 project

To the Editor:

I am wondering if I am the only person who lives in Murphys and noticed that the new paving job on Highway 4 coming into Murphys was like a roller coaster. Now they are back grinding off the new road so they can repave it. Who do you think is paying for this? One guess, us, the taxpayers. Great job, Caltrans. Charles Hurtibus
