The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
MONDAY
10:55 a.m., hazardous situation — A woman said a large tree branch fell on a fence, her vehicle and then into the roadway on South Shepherd Street.
3:45 p.m., public intoxication — A man was arrested for public intoxication at a business on Sanguinetti Road.
8:41 p.m., theft — Someone said a man in blue jeans, a black hoodie with gray sleeves and a bandana left a Sanguinetti Road business with approximately $700 worth of merchandise and got into a black sedan.
9:19 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone said they saw a bald man with an earring chase a woman in a white shirt and coat in the middle of the roadway and were last seen flagging down another vehicle on Stockton Road.
9:35 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman on Shaws Flat Road said her vehicle was broken into and a penny and a silver spoon were missing.
9:11 p.m. graffiti — The men’s room floor was sprayed with black paint at Woods Creek Rotary Park.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
MONDAY
8:33 a.m., Tuolumne — A vehicle’s driver’s-side door was broken into and the steering column was damaged in an attempt to remove it at Summerville High School on Tuolumne Road.
9:11 a.m., Sonora — A woman on Hidden Valley Road said she received six calls from a man who said he was from “Dr. 911.”
10:52 a.m., Tuolumne — Someone said power lines were down in front of a private school on Gardner Avenue.
11:09 a.m., Soulsbyville — A woman said she was attacked by two Great Pyrenees dogs at Livermore Court and Sherry Lane while she was out walking her dog.
11:34 a.m., Columbia — Someone said there was a hole in the roadway measuring 2 feet in diameter and a foot deep at Big Hill and Sawmill Flat roads.
11:51 a.m., Sonora — A woman said she used her credit card at a fast food restaurant on Mono Way and more charges occurred on the card again later that day.
12:57 p.m., Soulsbyville — An ambulance was called to Soulsbyville Elementary School, where an arrest was made.
2:18 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman said her car was vandalized on Carter Street.
2:29 p.m., Mi-wuk Village — Two customers at an eatery on Highway 108 argued in a white SUV with six aggressive dogs in the vehicle.
3:26 p.m., Long Barn — A caller said a dog was chained up in the snow on Highway 108.
8:44 p.m., Sonora — Drug activity occurred at Dambacher Detention Center and an arrest was made on Justice Center Drive.
8:58 p.m., Sonora, Jamestown, Columbia, La Grange — Multiple calls occurred for trees across power lines and into roadways.

3:33 p.m., Jamestown — Jane Madeline Grimm, 53, of the 7000 block of Tapadero Street, Angels Camp, was booked after an arrest at O’byrnes Ferry and Peoria Flat roads.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
MONDAY
9:38 a.m., San Andreas — A report was taken for theft on Calaveritas Road.
10:22 a.m., Valley Springs — Fireworks were reported at Stabulis Road and Garner Place.
11:04 a.m., Angels Camp — A report was taken for theft on Appaloosa Road.

10:30 p.m., Copperopolis —
Robert Paul Dean Graziano, 41, of the 4000 block of North Camanche Way, Ione, and Robert Rollie Rankin III, 42, of the 1100 block of Reeds Turnpike, were booked on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle or vessel, after arrests on Rankin’s home. Rankin was additionally charged with possessing drugs while armed with a loaded weapon.
