TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

10:12 a.m., animal complaint — A cat scratched and/or bit someone on Bonanza Court.

1:12 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone said they saw smoke at a camp next to the former Tuolumne General Hospital building on Hospital Road. An officer determined a man heated up food, then put the fire out.

1:30 p.m., animal complaint — A woman said a pit bull with a black collar and no tags jumped a fence, attacked her dog and damaged her fence. The dog was transporte­d to animal control.

2:01 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A woman yelled and cussed at staff and patients at a medical facility on Fairview Lane, then left the area.

11:49 p.m., fraudulent activities — A man said someone tried to use his credit card at a business after he lost his black and white wallet with a white RVCA logo on Sanguinett­i Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

12:25 a.m., Sonora — Someone said their neighbor parked his RV in the middle of the roadway on Dusty Trail, and the other neighbors were unable to get through to the road.

5:13 a.m., Jamestown — Small rock slides occurred on O’byrnes Ferry and Old O’byrnes Ferry roads.

5:55 a.m., Sonora — Multiple calls occurred for vehicles “spun out” on Tuolumne Road.

7:23 a.m., Sonora — A large tree fell across the road at Via Serena and Campbells Flat Road.

7:32 a.m., Groveland — A delivery truck slid into posts and was stuck at Powderhous­e and Foote streets.

8:44 a.m., Twain Harte — Someone said a man and a woman cussed and screamed loudly while trespassin­g on a Brown Court property.

8:58 a.m., Twain Harte — A man said he looked for his dog on Brown Court and a woman yelled at him and his girlfriend, saying they were disrespect­ful.

9:42 a.m., Sonora — A woman on Chukar Circle, with black and red hair, a black jacket and black pants, walked “from apartment to apartment, boxing the air,” changed her clothing by a dumpster and refused to leave when asked.

12:28 p.m., Jamestown — Someone said a rockslide blocked the roadway at O’byrnes Ferry Road and the County Line.

2:12 p.m., Sonora — Packages were stolen on Beckwith Road.

4:29 p.m., Sonora — A man said he lost his wallet at a bank on Mono Way.

4:35 p.m., Sonora — A woman on hitching Post Road said her vehicle was vandalized.

5:36 p.m., Sonora — A man said a silver Ford truck with a camper shell and out-of-state plate drove slowly through the neighborho­od, stopped occasional­ly, shut off the lights, ignored him and sped off on Camino Del Parque North.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

4:42 p.m., Jenny Lind — A Rose Marie Drive property was burglarize­d.

6:37 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A Church Street property was burglarize­d.
