TUOLUMNE COUNTY
The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
THURSDAY
8:10 a.m., reckless driving — A motorist on Stockton Road said the driver in front of him was “intentionally causing the vehicle to lose traction” and speeding. A be-on-the-lookout was issued.
9:53 a.m., animal complaints — A caller said a black Labrador retriever was on the roof and kept peering over the edge of a building on North Washington Street.
10:20 a.m., miscellaneous harassment — A Fairview Lane resident said her neighbor videotaped her and her daughter.
10:58 a.m., reckless driving — A man who was believed to be on medication backed his vehicle into a wall at a Lyons-bald Mountain Road apartment complex.
12:37 p.m., theft — A man wearing a blue Dickies jacket and khaki pants tried to push a cart out of a Sanguinetti Road store, then put on a pair of stolen shoes. He was arrested on theft and other charges.
10:42 p.m., public peace/ fight/disorderly conduct — A man with curly hair and a hat was drunk and belligerent at a Sanguinetti Road business.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
