TUOLUMNE COUNTY
The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
WEDNESDAY
12:30 p.m., animal complaints — A caller said a brown German shepherd dog was roaming free and acting aggressively in the parking lot of a Mono Way business.
1:20 p.m., animal complaints — A brown-and-white pit bull dog was seen “hanging around” a West Sunset residence.
7:54 p.m., theft — A man wearing a Raiders sweatshirt and a blonde woman with a maroon- and- white- striped shirt walked out of a Sanguinetti Store with a cart full of items that were not paid for, then left in a blue Toyota sedan.
8:05 p.m., trespass/loiter — An employee of a Greenley Road medical center said a man wearing a hat on backward and a blue shirt went through the employee’s vehicle, then came inside and sat in the lobby.
8:36 p.m., hazardous situation — A Christmas tree fell out of the back of a pickup on Snell Street.
8:59 p.m., public peace/ fight/disorderly conduct — A caller said a large group of people were being extremely loud in front of a South Washington Street business.
9:35 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man in a hospital gown was in another person’s vehicle honking the horn at a Mono Way business. The man then stood in front of the business and harassed and scared customers.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
WEDNESDAY
12:52 a.m., Tuolumne — A resident of a Tuolumne Road apartment complex said people stole laundry from the community laundry room and left the area.
5:08 a.m., Columbia — A man in a white Dodge pickup shined a flashlight into cabins at a Parrotts Ferry Road motel.
8:27 a.m., Tuolumne — An Android phone was found in the street on Willow Avenue.
9:16 a.m., Jamestown — A Well House Drive property was vandalized.
9:39 a.m., Columbia — A Parrotts Ferry Road resident said someone stole his doormat and moved his trash can behind a bush so the trash didn’t get picked up.
10:48 a.m., Groveland — A man said someone assaulted him on Greg Court.
11:20 a.m., East Sonora — Firewood was stolen from Interfaith Community Social Services on Striker Court.
11:47 a.m., Jamestown — A Well House Drive resident said eggs were thrown at multiple houses in the neighborhood.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

12:30 a.m., San Andreas — An Old Gulch Road property was burglarized.
11:31 a.m., Mountain Ranch — Lights were broken at a Mountain Ranch Road property.

9:52 a.m., San Andreas — Josephine Flores, 65, of the 1100 block of Highway 49, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and misdemeanor obstructing/ resisting/etc. a public/peace officer/emt after an arrest at her home.
