TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

11:32 a.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A woman said that three middle aged men smoked drugs and intimidate­d her by saying “keep on walking” as she walked down stairs to the public restroom on South Washington Street. An officer checked the area and located a man smoking a prerolled cigar who said he didn’t see anything.

2:02 p.m., animal complaint — A man on South Washington Street told an officer he felt unsafe leaving his residence due to his neighbor’s five dogs and said he was bitten by one of them over a week ago but did not report it. A bite report was taken, and the neighbor’s dog was placed in quarantine.

4:41 p.m., vandalism, property damage — A man on Old Wards Ferry Road said a 5-gallon bucket of paint spilled out of the back of a large silver pickup truck and landed on his vehicle, spilling paint all over it. An officer reviewed video surveillan­ce footage from a nearby business’ camera but was unable to ID the owner of the vehicle.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

7:49 a.m., Sonora — Someone said a gray truck “with stuff on top of the cab” was parked next to their house on Crystal Falls Drive for three days.

10:04 a.m., Sonora — A report was taken for a woman who said she was assaulted at a lake party at Melones Court and Studhorse Flat Road.

10:24 a.m., Sonora — Mail was found at Sylva Lane and Greenley road.

10:53 a.m., Tuolumne — A report was taken for a missing adult on Tuolumne Road.

12:13 p.m., Columbia — Someone said they heard shooting from three different guns for 45 minutes near Yankee Hill Road between Five Mile Creek and Mountain Boy Mine Road.

12:24 p.m., Tuolumne — Someone trespassed at a business on Tuolumne Road North.

12:58 p.m., Groveland — Someone said a matte black Mustang with a kayak on top drove over 100 miles per hour while passing vehicles at Highway 120 and Cherry Lake Road.

4:13 p.m., Sonora — A report was taken for property found at Kewin Mill and Comstock Ranch roads.

6:58 p.m., Sonora — A report was taken for a sexual assault at Johnny Avenue and Nashua Road.

7:28 p.m., Jamestown — A man on Vista Drive said he saw a man looking through his fishing boat. An arrest was made.

11:02 p.m., Chinese Camp — Someone said they saw a fire at Red Hills and La Grange roads.

11:05 p.m., Jamestown — Someone sat behind a tree with a flashlight near the track at Jamestown Elementary School.

3:11 a.m., Jamestown — Anthony Jovani Gutierrez, 24, of the 100 block of North 10th Street, San Jose, was booked after an arrest on Highway 120 east of Tulloch Dam Road.

3:09 a.m., Sonora — Lacey Michelle Palmberg, 38, of the 2000 block of Lacey Ann Avenue, Sacramento, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, after an arrest at South Washington Street and West Church Lane.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

12:20 a.m., Campo Seco — Firearms were discharged in the area of Campo Seco.

9:53 a.m., Tamarack — Firearms were discharged on Skyline Drive.

3:22 p.m., Angels Camp — An officer assisted a boater whose boat fell off of a trailer at the boat ramp on Whittle Road.

5:31 p.m., Tamarack — A report was taken for a theft on Spicer Meadow Road.

8:05 p.m., San Andreas — A trespass occurred on Main Street.
