The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY 1:51 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct —

Someone on Greenley Road said a neighbor played loud music and another neighbor yelled and banged on the door. An officer counseled the neighbors and provided informatio­n about a citizen’s arrest.

2:48 p.m., Sonora — An officer checked on someone who slept under blankets at Steffen Lane and Pesce Way.

7:24 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man tried to pick a fight with another man while they walked near a business on Stockton Road. An officer contacted the man, who denied trying to start a fight, agreed to stop yelling and went back to his encampment.

9:13 a.m., lost, found property — A man on Sanguinett­i Road said he left his wallet in the self checkout of a business and the store management said they could not check the video unless the incident was reported to Sonora Police Department.

10 a.m., reckless driving — Someone followed an elderly man who drove a vehicle all over the roadway, crossing the double-yellow lines on Mono

Way. The area was checked by an officer who was unable to locate the vehicle.

10:22 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man sat with his belongings in front of a business on South Washington Street and an officer directed him to move along.

11:46 a.m., unclassifi­ed — Two guests from out of town found their vehicles were egged during the night on North Washington Street.

Noon — A report was taken from a couple who said fraudulent check activity by a former employee occurred at their business on South Washington Street.

12:14 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man in a blue Hawaiian shirt and glasses refused to leave a business on Old Wards Ferry Road, became physical with an employee and left before an officer arrived.

6:21 p.m., reckless driving — A county ambulance driver followed a dark gray Ford Expedition that was all over the roadway to where it stopped at a business on Mono Way.

7:46 p.m., animal complaint — Four dogs were tied up to a propane tank near a business on South Washington Street. The owner was located, cited and the dogs were transporte­d to Tuolumne County Animal Control.

8:31 p.m., lost, found property — Someone lost a black bi-fold wallet on South Washington Street.

9:31 p.m., traffic violation — Someone said a male postal worker intentiona­lly swerved his vehicle toward them on South Washington Street. An officer spoke with the postmaster who will forward the complaint to their LE division.

TUESDAY

1:43 a.m., Jamestown — Cruelty to animals occurred on Wigwam Road.

7:02 a.m., Tuolumne — Someone was assaulted on Tuolumne road.

7:56 a.m., Sonora — A goat got its head stuck in a fence on Murphy Road.

8:46 a.m., Groveland — Someone on Junipero Serra Court said a vehicle was parked in the visitor’s spot for three months.

9:48 a.m., Sonora — A fight on Estralita Drive resulted in a criminal citation.

10:21 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on Wigwam Road said a thumb drive was taken from her house.

1:08 p.m., Jamestown — Someone at Preston Lane and Seco Street said a slow-moving vehicle took photos of all the residences in the area.

1:35 p.m., Sonora — A woman on Shaws Flat Road said someone left keys at her yard sale.

2:14 p.m., Columbia — A credit card was stolen at a business on Parrotts Ferry Road.

3:30 p.m., Sonora — Someone at a business on Draper Mine Road said mail was stolen, fraud occurred and there was possible ID theft.

4:29 p.m., La Grange — A motorhome was on fire near Highway 108 and La Grange Road.

4:46 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said his wife was attacked by two dogs on Strauch Drive.

4:52 p.m., Groveland — A vehicle was vandalized on Cherry Lake Road.

5:45 p.m., Sonora — Vandalism occurred on the Wards Ferry Bridge.

10:25 p.m., sonora — Medics were dispatched to American River Drive over a fight.

7:50 a.m., San Andreas — A Gold Strike Road property was burglarize­d.

9:01 a.m., Copperopol­is — A report was taken for theft on Rock Creek Road.

9:38 a.m., Railroad Flat — Firearms were discharged on Sierra Oaks Drive.

10:40 a.m., Murphys — A criminal citation was issued for battery on Highway 4.

1:57 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A report was taken for vandalism on Magnolia Lane.

7:46 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A report was taken for fraud on Dove Lane.
