Annual Soup Buffet set Nov. 19

The Women’s Fellowship of the Sonora United Methodist Church will present its annual Soup Buffet and Bake Sale on Saturday, Nov. 19, at the church, 90 Yaney Ave., in Sonora.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the soup buffet will include a choice of several homemade soups, dessert, rolls and a beverage for $10 per person.

Baked goods, gift baskets and other items also will be offered for sale.

The Women’s Fellowship annual fundraiser helps support Interfaith Community Social Services, WATCH Resources, Center for a Non Violent Community, Samaritans Purse’s Operation Christmas Child and the United Methodist Committee on Relief.
