BEASON — Former longtime Sonora resident Iva “Bernice” Beason, 93, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, at her daughter’s home in Modesto. Private inurnment will be at Mountain Shadow Cemetery. Terzich and Wilson Funeral-cremation Home is handling arrangements.

COKE — Fredrick “Fred” Frank Coke, 70, of Sonora, died Friday, Nov. 25, at Adventist Health Sonora. Cremation is planned, and his ashes will be scattered off the coast of California. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Terzich and Wilson Cremation-funeral Home is handling arrangements.

CROOK — Steven Larkin Crook, 68, died Friday, Nov. 25, at his home in Groveland. Cremation is planned, and a celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, in the Manzanita building at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds, 220 Southgate Drive in Sonora. Terzich and Wilson Cremation-funeral home is handling cremation arrangements.

KIESLING — William “Bill” Joseph Kiesling Jr., 91, of Groveland, died Thursday, Nov. 24, at Avalon Care Center in Sonora. A Mass of Christian Burial with military honors will be celebrated at noon Saturday, Dec. 3, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Catholic Cemetery Street, Big Oak Flat. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery in Big Oak Flat. Terzich and Wilson CremationFuneral Home is handling arrangements.
