Kudos to Guy Mccarthy

To the Editor:

I would like to give my highest compliment to Guy Mccarthy for his humaninterest reporting, “Sticking Together.” Dean Nelson is a life-long friend of mine. I have known him since I was 8 years old. We communicate via text several times a week. Before his experience was front page news, he explained to me why I had not heard from him for a few days.

Guy reported my friend’s experience the way my friend told it to me. Guy was able to capture the reality of the situation. Guy also reported as my friend wanted... giving credit to and gaining inspiration to others.
