The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

2:23 p.m., unclassifi­ed — An editor of a newspaper on South Washington Street brought in a postcard addressed to the paper that had antisemiti­c writing on it. The writing on it was determined to be the same material as what other businesses and residents have received. Nothing criminal was noted, but the incident was documented.

3:02 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man was honking and yelling at people in line at a pharmacy on Mono Way. The caller said that the man poured a soda on an elderly woman’s vehicle because he was upset the line was taking so long.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

12:07 a.m., Big Oak Flat — Multiple calls were received about a house that “exploded” and the resulting structure fire on Highway 120.

4:03 p.m., Sonora — People fought at a pharmacy on Mono Way.

6:39 p.m., Groveland — Someone was assaulted on Sprague Road West.

3 p.m., San Andreas — Something was stolen on Fricot City Road.

3:30 p.m., Copperopol­is — Property was burglarize­d on Telegraph Road.

8:22 p.m., Wallace — Emilee Alexandra Lozano, 22, of the 10500 block of Limestone Drive, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and misdemeano­r charges of obstructio­n of justice and battery on a person, after an arrest at her home.
