One man was killed and a second man and a child were wounded in a triple shooting Sunday night in Prince George’s County, the police said.

The gunfire occurred around 8:25 p.m. in the 7600 block of Marlboro Pike, said Cpl. Kyndle Johnson, a county police spokeswoman. The victims apparently then drove to the 2000 block of Addison Road South, she said.

The wounded were taken to hospitals with injuries that did not appear life-threatening, according to Johnson.

The age of the wounded boy could not be learned immediately.

The man who was killed died when he was found by police.

No names were available for any of the three, and it was not clear what led to the gunfire.

The shooting site is in a commercial section of the Forestville area.
