The Feb. 25 editorial “These tenants deserve better” incorrectly described the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s finding on the D.C. Housing Authority. HUD did not determine an amount or percentage of overpayment to building owners; it asked DCHA to do so and submit a plan to reimburse the federal government.
